Q&As:
I’ve booked my appointment. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to join your appointment, which is via Microsoft Teams (you may be asked to download the free app). If you’ve not received the email, please check your junk folders. You will also receive a reminder the day prior. Please check your email for your correct joining time.
I’ve not used Microsoft Teams before – what do I need to do?
Before you join, it is recommended you prepare in advance by doing the following:
Before your appointment day arrives, click on the joining link in your confirmation email. If your device asks you to download Microsoft Teams, follow the prompt to do so. This will then take you to a lobby with a message that someone will let you in. At this point you can end the call as you know it is functioning and can then re-join at your scheduled time.
Your confirmation email will contain a link to MS Teams Help for you to use if needed.
What happens during an appointment?
You will receive the Lord’s spoken word for you from a team of ministering prophets, who will be praying for you beforehand. The call will last approximately 20 minutes. If you would like to have a device handy to record the call you are very welcome to, as calls are not recorded.
What happens after an appointment?
We’d encourage you to weigh the words you receive afterwards in prayer with the Lord. He so often confirms aspects or all of the word and loves to tell you more in your own time with Him. We all prophesy in part, so allow time for God to fill in missing parts, and for you to reflect on a part that may not initially fit.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that sometimes people need to cancel appointments, however it would be helpful if you give us as much notice as you can, so we can offer your appointment to someone else. Please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or email info@zoefreedomprophetic.com
How often can I book an appointment?
It may be advisable to wait at least a few months, so you’ve had time for the words given to ‘take root’ within your life, and for you to seek more understanding from the Lord.
I can’t find any appointments when I follow the link – what do I do?
This means appointments are full. Appointments are published monthly, so please check back, or follow our Facebook page for announcements about when new appointments become available.
