Personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, demographic data, information pertaining to services and ministry appointments, registration/application and attendance at courses, programmes and workshops (online and in-person), relevant financial information pertaining to donations and purchases. Recorded information may be collected via video/audio calls such as 1-1 appointments and courses/workshops, and by which this information is also recorded for the participant who may download and replay for personal use only.
Source of Data: Website forms, emails, social media messaging, audio/video calls, directly from individuals.
Purpose / How We Use Your Data: To process donations, communicate with supporters, process course and appointment bookings, registrations and applications for services and ministry offered, to keep records of courses, programmes, and appointments undertaken, to monitor and improve our programmes and services, and for auditing purposes.

Data may be shared with relevant parties within Zoe Freedom & Prophetic Resources for the purposes outlined above, and on occasion relevant information may be shared with parties contracted with Zoe Freedom & Prophetic Resources.
